Ethernet on The New MacBook
The new MacBook doesn't have ethernet port or ethernet adaptor. So how to connect it to the ethernet cable?

The only way would be a USB-C dongle, and that would come from a third party. You would have to look for it, as it is not an accessory sold by Apple.
Have a nice day.

The new MacBook has only one port. You need adapters for everything.
I would recommend the MacBook Pro with built-in optical SuperDrive. Has ethernet, USB 3, FireWire 800, and Thunderbolt.
Perhaps you can use an apple usb-c to usb dongle followed by apple's usb to ethernet one, as used for pre thunderbolt airs?
