How can I access family photos on personal iPhone with new iCloud photo sharing?

I have a laptop and unique iCloud account. My wife has an iMac and unique iCloud account. We store 30 gig of photos on her imac computer. With the new iCloud photo solution, how can I access our family photos, all 30 gig, on my iPhone?

MacBook Pro, Mac OS X (10.7)

You can do that with Family Sharing, not with iCloud Photo Library. See if these links help to give you the info you need to decide how you want to configure your photo sharing:
