iTunes sees all my iCloud photo Library photos on iPhone

Here is a problem, see the screenshot below

I suppose that this is all my iCloud Photo Library Photos but how could they be as a photos on device? Of course I have no space to sync even my tones... :/


How to fix this problem? Any suggestions?

You might have mentioned that your device was jailbroken. We are prohibited from discussing jailbroken devices on this forum. The reason for that is because by jailbreaking your device, you have opened it up for all sorts of issues, and it is no longer running a reliable version of the iOS:
