I've got a new laptop, all I want is my songs from the library on my old laptop over to this one.
I cant see where an icon directs me to the icloud though?? I'm assuming my songs are all up there, not that I even know what it is still!!

Why? Previous iTunes Store purchases may be available (with some limitations) but unless you subscribe to iTunes Match, or have taken active steps to copy your library to cloud storage, everything is on your old computer and nowhere else.
