Emoji keyboard react slower problem

I Dont know whats going on with my emojikeyboard because if i want use the emoji keyboard, normal the emoji keyboard must react fast as the normal keyboard if you switch the keyboards from normal to emoji /emoji to normal.and thats not(from normal to emoji). The emoji keyboard react sometimes normal and sometimes slower than normal , and i must wait 5-10 seconds when i want use the emoji keyboard. I dont know what i can do with this problem. How can i solve this problem ? (Sorry for my english)

iPhone 5s, iOS 8.1.2

Me too i have the same trouble, i tried all that procedure but always the same.... that happened to me exactly one year ago and after an upgrade from IOS 9 to IOS 10 all get normal.
But now i dont know how to fix it :-/

Try to reset the phone by holding the sleep and home button for about 10sec, until the Apple logo comes back again. You will not lose any data by resetting, but it can cure some glitches.

to fix this problem simply delete the emoji keyboard from the same place you added it and then go into general, reset, then reset keyboard dictionary. after doing this simply add the keyboard back and you are done a fast keyboard switch WHOOP!
