Can't open an iTunes film on MacBook Air

First time Mac user and having bought a film on iTunes am unable to watch due to 'laptop not authorised' have been on store on iTunes site as directed but cannot see how to add (only delete) devices. Any help etc....!

Move the cursor to the very top of the computer's screen, click on Store in the menu bar, and choose Authorize this Computer.

I know that can be a pain especially if you have paid for content that you cannot watch. To get that working for you, take a look at the article below and check the permissions of the Shared folder on your MacBook Air. If you still have issues let me know and I can suggest something else.
