how to remove "Apple Watch" icon from Iphone 5S ?

This Apple Watch icon came onto my screen and I cannot remove it as for any other applications. Please tell me how to proceed.

You can't

It is part of iOS 8.2

Nest it inside of another app i.e. create one for utilities
