Bootcamp with broken screen

I have a water damaged mac so the screen doesn't work what so ever. I have it hooked up to a tv via hdmi. i want to install windows 8.1 via bootcamp and i can dowload all the files and load it onto a usb. My problem is that after it partitions it automatically restarts to i believe lead me into the windows set up screen (not sure). The thing is when it restarts i don't get video to run through to my tv. the only way i can get it to run video back through to my screen is by restarting it again and it loads into os x then my screen appears. I already did the arrangement thing with the white bar and that didn't help. I've also tried closing the laptop at the chime but that doesn't work either. PLEASE HELP!
