mac power book 4.3

I have a mac powerbook pc 4.3 and I cant download apps from itunes it keeps telling me to check my date and time and to make sure i can accept cookies from Itunes i have done both my date is correct and i have my cookies open to always accept cookies what am i doing wrong?
