I'm having a problem with iOS 8.2 on both iPad and my iphone. Safari frequently crashes out of web pages and reloads the page. There is no apparent pattern to this. Is it a known problem, and if so, when will a fix be applied?

Simple step to try first. Quit Safari like I describe below, then reset your iPad.
Double click the Home button to show the screen with running and recently used apps. Each app icon will have a sample page above it. Flick up on the page (not the app icon) and the page will fly away and the app icon will disappear. This quits that app. To reset the iPad press and hold both the Home button and the Sleep/Wake button continuously until the Apple logo appears. Then release the button and let the device restart. You will not lose data doing this. It's like a computer reboot.
I tried quitting the app and restarting both my phone and iPad. I'm still unable to get it to search or take web address that are entered in the address bar. Started happening after the 8.2 update.
Ive been having this exact same problem. I have tried every thing to fix it and so far nothing has worked. Im looking into using different browsers now.
Same issue. At first I thought it was just webpages loaded from bookmarks. Msybe coincidence but it seems apparent in pages that run video or animations.
