How do I remove "...onlineremotetechsupport.com/" from Safari?

If you're seeing a popup which prevents you from accessing Safari, choose Force Quit from the Apple menu, close the browser, and then launch it with the Shift key held down. If that doesn't work, temporarily disconnect the computer from the Internet.
