my contacts in iphone 5 ios 8.2 disappeared and then appear and then disappeared again i don't know why this happens i try to restore them but after restoring the problem returns back again what can i do

i face same problem since 26 march 2015.... i restore my iphone 5s to 8.2 but still same problem....bro can you check u have contacts in hotmail ? i think its hotmail issue .... its very annoying for me 😟
