When I call my husbands Iphone, I can not hear him unless he puts it on speaker

I understand you are having a problem hearing when on a phone call. I want to be sure that I understand the nature of the problem correctly.

• The problem only occurs when you call your husband's phone
• You cannot hear him unless your phone is in speakerphone mode
