Error when installing windows 8.1 on iMac

I am using bootcamp to install windows 8.1 on my late 2013 iMac.

All goes well during the partionitioning phase but when the iMac reboots and windows starts-up to install, I keep getting an error message with "0x8007025D".

I am using a USB with an legitimate windows ISO image

Please help

1. Do you have a Fusion Drive?

2. Is this your first attempt at installing Windows on this partition?

3. Please verify your DVD/ISO using Microsoft FCIV tool - http://support.microsoft.com/en-us/kb/841290.
