NatWest mobile banking app not working

For several days now I've been unable use the NatWest app. on my iPhone6 (or iPad or iPhone5). Of course NatWest said yesterday that they were completely unaware of the problem even though my fellow IOS users have the same issue. But it seems to work fine on Android so I was wondering if anyone in the Apple community had any insight into the problem.

I had to do two things in the end. Delete the app as suggested here and text STOP to 82628 to discard the registration. Then re-installed the app with a lot of additional security details and after a day got a confirmation e-mail and it started to work.


All this was discovered by contacting NatWest on Facebook.
