I have the Lightning Digital AV Adapter and it won't fit into my Lifeproof case. Is there an adapter that I can use?

I have the Lightning Digital AV Adapter and it won't fit into my Lifeproof case. Is there an adapter that I can use? I have to take the case off everytime I want to use my phone in my Honda Si to connect with HondaLink and it is a nuisance.

iPhone 6, iOS 8.2, Lifeproof Case
