This is a user to user support forum. You're not addressing Apple here. Please read and act on the following:
Review recent purchases at https://reportaproblem.apple.com/ or check your purchase history in iTunes and view your subscriptions. If you are the organizer of a family share check for purchases by other members. In principle all sales are final, however you can potentially request a refund for an unintended purchase or a product that isn't as advertised.

If you cannot identify the payment then perhaps you are looking at a phishing email.
If there really have been purchases that you didn't authorize, or you've entered your Apple ID credentials at a fake Apple portal, see If you think your Apple ID has been compromised - Apple Support, change your Apple ID password, and if possible turn on Two-factor authentication for Apple ID - Apple Support.

3 months and I have FINALLY resolved the charges on my account. Call I-800 myapple and speak to customer service. They were very helpful. It took 30 minutes on the phone but she was able with the help of her supervisor to put a stop to the charges. Yea.

There was a charge on my bank account for amazon music for $10.99. I called amazon and they said I needed to cancel on apples end and get refund. I never ordered the music. They can tell that the subscription was never used. That’s because I didn’t even know I had it.
You will need to do this yourself

I talk to someone yesterday about an iTunes purchase of 16.04 to stop taking that out of my account cause I don’t knw what this is for. She said she cancelled it but I just seen where today it was taken out again. Please put my money bck in my account
There’s no mystery if you look in your Apple ID email account to locate the receipts
and check your purchase history
It’s likely an app subscription

My debit card is being charge $14 every month for an iTunes account that I don’t have. This happened on my last card for a long time when I found this out I got a new card and today I couldn’t even get into my iPhone or iPad until I give my card number and you started charging me again for iTunes that I don’t have
Yes I’m sending a message about my iTunes account am I signed up for weight watchers and I canceled it back in like January February and I’m being charged still buy iTunes $21 and some odd cents and I just want to have it disconnected from iTunes so I won’t be charged a monthly bill anymore
It’s advisable you look into what the charges are for , in case they’re recurring and will show up again.
Might be an app subscription?

I have 3 iTunes charges on my bank account. 15.98,16.98. and .099 cents. I have no idea how they got on there and I do not buy iTunes. I have no one that I know can put anything on my bank account. My husband and I are retired . I need it to be taken off and I have turned my bank card off and am going to get new card as soon as this is straightened out.
It sounds as if your bank account may have been compromised and this is an issue you will have to sort out with them. This is a user to user support forum, there isn't anything your fellow users can do to assist. Apple aren't going to respond to your post. See Avoid phishing emails, fake 'virus' alerts, phony support calls, and other scams - Apple Support in case you've responded to a scam email.

This is a user to user support forum. You shouldn't post contact details here. No one with the possible exception of scammers would call you as a result. I have asked for the number to be removed.
Typically apps with free trials set up an auto-renewing subscription which you need to manually revoke before it is first called on if you don't want to continue with the subscription at the end of the trial. See View, change, or cancel your subscriptions - Apple Support for details on how to cancel any upcoming renewals. Removing an app or not using it are not sufficient to prevent scheduled charges.
In principle all completed sales are final, however you can potentially request a refund via https://reportaproblem.apple.com/ for a recent unexpected payment that was taken, particularly if you can argue that you haven't made any use of the service and were unaware that the subscription had been created.
