This is a user to user support forum. You're not addressing Apple here. Please read and act on the following:
Review recent purchases at https://reportaproblem.apple.com/ or check your purchase history in iTunes and view your subscriptions. If you are the organizer of a family share check for purchases by other members. In principle all sales are final, however you can potentially request a refund for an unintended purchase or a product that isn't as advertised.

If you cannot identify the payment then perhaps you are looking at a phishing email.
If there really have been purchases that you didn't authorize, or you've entered your Apple ID credentials at a fake Apple portal, see If you think your Apple ID has been compromised - Apple Support, change your Apple ID password, and if possible turn on Two-factor authentication for Apple ID - Apple Support.

I am being billed $27.05 each month for an APL iTunes.com bill. I called the 866***2-7753 number and they directed me to this site I never ordered the iTunes for $27.05. How do I resolve this matter? The only charge I should really see from iTunes is to protect my iCloud and that is for $2.99.

I just saw a bill on my statement for $19.99 and I have no idea where it came from. My monthly bill is like $12.00. I don’t buy any music. I only have a monthly iTunes bill for $10.00 and another $1.00 for iCloud storage. Whatever else there is I didn’t purchase. Please correct this

For $2.99 that might be an iCloud storage subscription. To check this go to Settings/<your name>/iCloud - Manage Storage - Change storage plan.
If that's not it and you don't have a subscription through Apple you must have made it directly with the merchant. But you can check your subscriptions with these two links:
View, change, or cancel your subscriptions - Apple Support
Get help with subscriptions not billed through Apple - Apple Support
There is no point in telling us, we are just users like you. Here are the instructions for canceling iTunes Music-->Manage your Apple Music subscription - Apple Support
Note that if you cancel all of the music you have downloaded from iTunes Music will disappear from your devices. Only music that you have purchased outside of Apple Music will remain.

I have a $19.16 from iTunes on my bank statement. Why am I being charged!!!!!!! As a matter of fact I have several charges that I have no clue why!
Then go check your purchase history, following the instructions that have been posted in this message thread over 100 times. To save you the trouble of actually reading the thread, click on this Apple support link:
Click here-->See your purchase history for the App Store or iTunes Store - Apple Support<--Click here
Typically apps with free trials set up an auto-renewing subscription which you need to manually revoke before it is first called on if you don't want to continue with the subscription at the end of the trial. See View, change, or cancel your subscriptions - Apple Support for details on how to cancel any upcoming renewals. Removing an app or not using it are not sufficient to prevent scheduled charges.
In principle all completed sales are final, however you can potentially request a refund via https://reportaproblem.apple.com/ for a recent unexpected payment that was taken, particularly if you can argue that you haven't made any use of the service and were unaware that the subscription had been created.
