This is a user to user support forum. You're not addressing Apple here. Please read and act on the following:
Review recent purchases at https://reportaproblem.apple.com/ or check your purchase history in iTunes and view your subscriptions. If you are the organizer of a family share check for purchases by other members. In principle all sales are final, however you can potentially request a refund for an unintended purchase or a product that isn't as advertised.
See also If you see an unfamiliar iTunes Store or App Store charge on your bank, credit card, or debit statement - Apple Support and About payment card authorization holds in the iTunes Store - Apple Support.
If you cannot identify the payment then perhaps you are looking at a phishing email.
If there really have been purchases that you didn't authorize, or you've entered your Apple ID credentials at a fake Apple portal, see If you think your Apple ID has been compromised - Apple Support, change your Apple ID password, and if possible turn on Two-factor authentication for Apple ID - Apple Support.

This is a user to user technical support forum. We cannot do anything to your iTunes account. I would suggest that you read the post directly above yours to see what you can do to determine if the charge is actually on your iTunes account.

We are fellow users, nobody on here will know what you've bought and nobody on here is going to phone you (it's not a good idea to post your phone number, or any other personal info, on any public forum ; I've asked the hosts to remove it).
See recent replies on this thread, you will find instructions on what to do.
Sorry, but not sure what the issue is? This is a user to user support forum, and there are 71 pages of posts on this topic with multiple solutions provided by fellow users. Contact iTunes Support via this link: iTunes Support WorldWide.
Cheers,

See If you can't choose None when you edit your Apple ID payment information - Apple Support. Did you follow the link in the post you replied to? If you actually have subscriptions you no longer want to pay for then cancel them. Beware emails that try to trick you into giving your Apple ID credentials away.

Look at the support article. Cancel any unwanted subscription. In principle all completed sales are final but you can contact iTunes - Official Apple Support to see if the might be able to provide a refund on an unused and unwanted subscription.

This is my second attempt to get you to read the post above your first one. Check your account history and bank account. Work out what approach to take once you understand if they are real charges or not, and if real whether you need to accept or challenge them.

This is a user to user support forum. No one here can cancel your account. See this post and resolve any issues you might have with unexpected charges, set a secure password, and remove any payment method. If you really want to delete your account visit https://privacy.apple.com/ to do so.

Well, the answer has been posted over 100 times in this 158 page thread, but to save you the trouble of actually reading a thread that you posted to, see this Apple support link-->Request a refund for apps or content that you bought from Apple - Apple Support

Can you please tell me what are the charges on my credit card for $.99 a month
Typically that might be additional iCloud storage. Try Downgrade your iCloud storage - Apple Support or View, change, or cancel your subscriptions - Apple Support.

Apple aren't set up to allow you to choose when to pay for new purchases or recurring subscriptions. The charge will hit your payment method when it is due. If funds cannot be released at the time Apple's systems are likely to try daily until successful.
For unexpected charges please read this post.

I am a fellow user. I don't have access to your account. See this post and check activity on your account via the suggested methods. Contact Apple Support if necessary.

If you mean remove a card from an account : Change or remove your Apple ID payment information in the iTunes Store - Apple Support
Dispute charges
please refund me the balance
Nobody on here (i.e. having read previous replies you know we are fellow users) can do that, if you've been overcharged you need to contact iTunes Support
