This is a user to user support forum. You're not addressing Apple here. Please read and act on the following:
Review recent purchases at https://reportaproblem.apple.com/ or check your purchase history in iTunes and view your subscriptions. If you are the organizer of a family share check for purchases by other members. In principle all sales are final, however you can potentially request a refund for an unintended purchase or a product that isn't as advertised.
See also If you see an unfamiliar iTunes Store or App Store charge on your bank, credit card, or debit statement - Apple Support and About payment card authorization holds in the iTunes Store - Apple Support.
If you cannot identify the payment then perhaps you are looking at a phishing email.
If there really have been purchases that you didn't authorize, or you've entered your Apple ID credentials at a fake Apple portal, see If you think your Apple ID has been compromised - Apple Support, change your Apple ID password, and if possible turn on Two-factor authentication for Apple ID - Apple Support.

Don't post your phone number, obviously nobody on these user forums (you already know that we are just fellow users, not iTunes Support nor Apple) is going to call you - I've asked the hosts to remove it.
If you want to contact iTunes Support you will find details over the last few pages of this thread
Nobody on here has taken any money from your account and nobody on here can potentially refund you, having read previous replies on this thread you know that we are just fellow users and that these are user forums. Recent replies also tell you how to try and identify what charges are for and what to do
This is a user to user support forum. See this earlier post in the thread. If you need to discuss the issue with Apple Support then you will do so by means of a contact form. Links can be found in the support articles.

Obviously they won't respond immediately, it can take up to 48 hours for them to reply. If it's been longer than that contact them again.
And if your account has been hacked I assume you've changed its password.
My last Apple phone. I’m finished with Itunes. This is the most corrupt site out there. False charges on credit card, every month. Then you have to change you Apple ID. In order to dismiss the the credit card from setup to prevent further charging on card. Good Luck Apple
Much as I love Title Case for song titles you shouldn't use it for regular communications as it is harder to read. This is a user to user support forum. No one here has access to your account. See this post. Reach out to support if required.

This is a user to user support forum. No one here can act on your behalf. Apple won't call you in response to a post here, but the phone number you've posted could potentially be misused by scammers. Please read this post to work out the appropriate course of action. In the meantime I will ask the moderators here to remove your phone number.

I will fight you all the way, who ever you are.
You know that these are user forums and that we are just fellow users.
If you've looked at the purchase histories of all iTunes accounts you've got linked to the card I assume you've contacted the card issuer.
No, I refuse absolutely. I don’t know who you are, and I am just another user like you in this user-to-user forum. You will have to cancel your iTunes music subscription yourself. Fortunately the instructions for doing so have been posted in this thread several times. Oh, and Its4udo, who you replied to ,won’t do it either.

On about Nov. 4 I purchased coins for Game for &24.99 , I did not receive the coins so about 15 min. later I tried again and received them, when I received my bank statement I had been charged for both times but only received coins for one time. Thank you for your help. Brenda Roach
Use the https://reportaproblem.apple.com/ site to request a refund for the duplicate purchase.

please fix and stop this
We can't, we are just fellow users. If you read the reply immediately before yours (or replies from the last few pages) you will find instructions.
See replies higher up this page, or on the last few pages, you will find instructions
