This is a user to user support forum. You're not addressing Apple here. Please read and act on the following:

Review recent purchases at https://reportaproblem.apple.com/ or check your purchase history in iTunes and view your subscriptions. If you are the organizer of a family share check for purchases by other members. In principle all sales are final, however you can potentially request a refund for an unintended purchase or a product that isn't as advertised.

See also If you see an unfamiliar iTunes Store or App Store charge on your bank, credit card, or debit statement - Apple Support and About payment card authorization holds in the iTunes Store - Apple Support.

If you cannot identify the payment then perhaps you are looking at a phishing email.

If there really have been purchases that you didn't authorize, or you've entered your Apple ID credentials at a fake Apple portal, see If you think your Apple ID has been compromised - Apple Support, change your Apple ID password, and if possible turn on Two-factor authentication for Apple ID - Apple Support.

Please cancel this order, I have no idea who order this apps.

It's a good idea to read previous replies before posting, if you had bothered to do so you would know that you are only talking to fellow users on here.

I had seen a bill for about 12.99 sometime ago I thought I had cancelled it. I looked at my bank today and saw it was still being charged. I read a similar question that somebody asked so I followed what you told them to do and saw it was a monthly thing I thought just deleting it would remove the charges but obviously it did not. I do not know what that app does it was a VPN SOMETHING FIELD.? Is there any way I can get my money refunded? I did not tell my kids about it which I should have I am not good with this. Thank you for your time and patience in this matter

I’m being charged twice a month for itunes. First of all I want that settled and then I want it cancelled. I really think its rude and impersonal when they give you a phone number to call and make you feel like an idiot thinking you can speak to some one and they hang up on you. You have been charging me twice per month for months. I’ve approached you about this before and nothing was done. Well, I’ve done without this before and I can live without it again.

Why don't you read the responses that have already been posted to you that tell you how to stop the emails? WE can't do it for you. You are going to have to do it on your own, and if you follow the instructions that have been provided, you will succeed.
