This is a user to user support forum. You're not addressing Apple here. Please read and act on the following:
Review recent purchases at https://reportaproblem.apple.com/ or check your purchase history in iTunes and view your subscriptions. If you are the organizer of a family share check for purchases by other members. In principle all sales are final, however you can potentially request a refund for an unintended purchase or a product that isn't as advertised.
See also If you see an unfamiliar iTunes Store or App Store charge on your bank, credit card, or debit statement - Apple Support and About payment card authorization holds in the iTunes Store - Apple Support.
If you cannot identify the payment then perhaps you are looking at a phishing email.
If there really have been purchases that you didn't authorize, or you've entered your Apple ID credentials at a fake Apple portal, see If you think your Apple ID has been compromised - Apple Support, change your Apple ID password, and if possible turn on Two-factor authentication for Apple ID - Apple Support.

As mentioned in the above posts with links provided . There are several reasons a bill may appear to be unknown
“If you don’t recognize the amount on your statement, multiple purchases might be grouped into a single transaction. You might not receive a separate email receipt for each purchase. Sometimes the charges appear on your statement a few days after the purchases were made.
In addition to music, movies, TV shows, stickers, and apps purchases (from the iTunes Store and App Store) that are billed at the time of purchase, your statement might also include in-app purchases, pre-ordered music or movies, and automatically renewing subscriptions.”

Is it possible you have some apps that were set up to automatic renewals when the free trial ended? Or you failed to cancel a subscription? A common misconception is thinking that not using an app or deleting it, prevents further billing.
To manage subscriptions and turn off Automatic Renewal, follow the instructions here:

Not using the app anymore does not prevent the subscription charges.
You need to do this yourself
