???
Bluetooth does not look for an app on your iPhone.
Ok, so I go to Utilities, Bluetooth and under my devices it says Bose S not connected and below that other devices the little wheel is spinning and it says, "to pair an Apple Watch with your iPhone go to the Aple Watch app. Is that not Bluetooth searching?
FYI I also have new hearing aids with resound app and that is not listed under the my devices
That spinning wheel is kind of like the light in your fridge. It goes off when you leave the screen.
Follow the manufacturer's directions for putting your aids into pairing mode.

Yes but it is not searching for an Apple Watch (hence the Go to the Apple Watch app info).
It is simply searching for bluetooth devices.
In order to pair devices, you need to open Bluetooth on the iPhone and set you device for pairing.
Then it will show up under Bluetooth on the iPhone.
