iphone is synced wiht another iTunes Library

My wife's iPhone 6 plus today thinks it is a different device than when it was synced every day since we bought it back in December. We have had no problem syncing her phone. Today (actually about 5 minutes ago) she connected her phone to her computer. iTunes opened and we get this message on the screen.

The iPhone "Claudia's iPhone" is synced with another library on this computer.

I have the option to accept and have iTunes erase all content on her phone and sync with the library on the computer or cancel.

My inclination is to cancel.

Before everyone asks what we changed. - We have changed nothing. The computer hasn't been updated in the last 2 days. No software has been installed on the computer. She just connected her iphone and this pops up.

Any ideas?

Hello R_K_Bell,

Should nothing have changed with the library that your wife is syncing with, then the same information should sync back to the device after erasing existing content. To be safe, you may consider backing her iPhone up prior to performing a sync.
