APL* ITUNES.COM/BILL 866-***-7753 has anyone seen this on a bill?

I see this change, can't get in touch with anyone on this site (of course) - - has anyone else had this problem?

This is a user to user support forum. No one here can give a definitive explanation or change things for you.

Review recent purchases at https://reportaproblem.apple.com/ or check your purchase history in iTunes and view your subscriptions or check for an iCloud storage plan. If you are the organizer of a family share check for purchases by other members.

See also If you see 'itunes.com/bill' or an unfamiliar charge on your statement - Apple Support and About payment card authorization holds from the App Store or iTunes Store - Apple Support.

If you cannot identify the payment then perhaps you are looking at a phishing email. See Avoid phishing emails, fake 'virus' alerts, phony support calls, and other scams - Apple Support.

If there really have been purchases that you didn't authorize, or you've entered your Apple ID credentials at a fake Apple portal, see If you think your Apple ID has been compromised - Apple Support, change your Apple ID password, and if possible turn on Two-factor authentication for Apple ID - Apple Support.

See also Use Screen Time to prevent purchasing on your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch - Apple Support.

  • If there is no evidence of a charge on either your iTunes or bank/credit card accounts this is likely to be a phishing exercise which you should ignore.

  • If there is a charge shown under your iTunes store account and it relates to misuse of your Apple ID then you need to start a conversation with iTunes Store support to get it cancelled and refunded, change your password, and enable two-factor authentication if at all possible.

  • If it isn't connected to your own Apple ID but funds have gone from your bank or credit card account that purport to be from iTunes then the account has been compromised and you need to deal directly with your financial institution.

Does it show on your account's purchase history (and family members if you are a family organiser in family sharing) : See your purchase history in the iTunes Store on a Mac or PC - Apple Support ?

If it does but you didn't buy it, and nobody else has access to your account or devices/computers and did it, change your account's password (What to do after you change your Apple ID email address or password - Apple Support) and contact iTunes Support : https://www.apple.com/emea/support/itunes/contact.html

If it doesn't show on your account(s) (and if it's not a About payment card authorization holds in the iTunes Store - Apple Support) contact your card issuer

Try looking at your accounts (and if applicable family members) purchase histories (you already know that you are only talkng to fellow users on here, so obviously we can't do it for you) : See your purchase history in the iTunes Store on a Mac or PC - Apple Support

If they show and you didn't do the purchases (and nobody else has access to the account or devices/computers) then change the account's password if you haven't already done so and contact iTunes Support.

If they don't show and if they aren't temporary store holding charges contact the card issuer

Assuming that the purchase is on your account, there are instructions on this page for managing and stopping iTunes auto-renewing subscriptions : View, change, or cancel your subscriptions - Apple Support

For a potential refund, purchases are considered final, to try contacting iTunes Support and see if they will refund you : http://reportaproblem.apple.com or http://www.apple.com/support/itunes/ww or https://www.apple.com/emea/support/itunes/contact.html

If it's not on your account, contact the card issuer

This is a user to user support forum. Nobody here has access to your iTunes account. You should not post your phone number.

Check your purchase history in iTunes and view your subscriptions.

If you can locate the payment you'll know what it is for.

If you cannot find it then perhaps you are looking at a phishing email.

If there really has been a purchase that you didn't authorize see If you think your Apple ID has been compromised - Apple Support.

Why not just change the Apple ID password that is connected to that iTunes account: Change your Apple ID password - Apple Support.

The password will be required before any purchases can be made.

If you want to remove your payment information then open iTunes and click on Account>My Account Info, and go to the billing section. See if there is a "None" option. If there is, click on that, and remove the credit card info. If there isn't, then contact iTunes Support for further help: iTunes Support WorldWide

Best of luck,

See Manage your iTunes Store and App Store password preferences - Apple Support and Use Restrictions to prevent purchasing on your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch - Apple Support. Make sure that purchases cannot be made without your password, and that nobody else knows what that is.

Use https://reportaproblem.apple.com/ to contact iTunes support personnel about the recent purchases and explain the circumstances. They may be able to help.
