APL* ITUNES.COM/BILL 866-***-7753 has anyone seen this on a bill?

I see this change, can't get in touch with anyone on this site (of course) - - has anyone else had this problem?

As given earlier on this page:

Check your purchase history in iTunes and view your subscriptions.

If you can locate the payment then you will know what it is for.

If you cannot find it then perhaps you are looking at a phishing email.

If there really has been a purchase that you didn't authorize see If you think your Apple ID has been compromised - Apple Support.

Purchase history (check family members accounts if you are an organiser) : See your purchase history in the iTunes Store on a Mac or PC - Apple Support

Temporary store holding charge : About payment card authorization holds in the iTunes Store - Apple Support

If it shows on the iTunes account but you didn't do it change its password and contact iTunes Support : http://reportaproblem.apple.com

If nothing shows on your/family members accounts and if not a temporary holding charge contact the card issuer

Presumably Apple want you to try to solve the issue using the automatic resources before you take up the time of support personnel.

See View, change, or cancel your subscriptions - Apple Support. If it is an auto-renewing subscription that you no longer require you need to take the necessary steps to cancel it. Nobody here can do that for you. If you think you've been unfairly charged for a service you didn't make use of, or if you didn't order the service in the first place, then use the contact support options that are provided.

Did you check your iTunes account's purchase history first : See your purchase history in the iTunes Store on a Mac or PC - Apple Support ? If it shows on your account, and if you didn't recognise it and didn't go via iTunes Support, you will probably find your account blocked and that you owe iTunes for it - in which case you will have to contact iTunes Support and see if they will unblock the account : https://www.apple.com/emea/support/itunes/contact.html

Don't post your phone number, these are user-to-user public forums, nobody on here is going to call you, and nobody on here can potentially refund you - I've asked the hosts to remove it.

Review recent purchases at https://reportaproblem.apple.com/ or check your purchase history in iTunes and view your subscriptions. If you can locate the payment or subscription then you can use the options to cancel or request a refund if applicable.

See also If you see an unfamiliar iTunes Store or App Store charge on your bank, credit card, or debit statement - Apple Support and About payment card authorization holds in the iTunes Store - Apple Support.

If you cannot identify the payment then perhaps you are looking at a phishing email.

If there really has been a purchase that you didn't authorize, or you've entered your Apple ID credentials at a fake Apple portal, see If you think your Apple ID has been compromised - Apple Support, change your Apple ID password, and if possible turn on Two-factor authentication for Apple ID - Apple Support.

The other possibility is that your card or bank details have been stolen and used to set up another Apple ID.
