Are you looking for the Advanced settings? Click "Safari" in the toolbar to the top-left of the screen while you have Safari open. Then, "Preferences." Now click Advanced. Does this help?
no, it says click the settings gear and select office 365 next click the software and follow the on screen directions. I'm so lost. I just got my mac today and my school offers free download of office 365
Oh, I think I see what's up. Click the magnifying glass to the top right of the status bar. Now type "System Preferences" and hit enter. Then follow instructions from Microsoft.
I typed in system preferences and the menu came up. Theres no place for me to download office 365
Hmm, so what app are you in now? I could try to walk you through it.
I'm on safari on my macbook air, I'm logged into my schools website, I'm under the tab to download office 365 and I'm trying to follow the directions
I see. This seems like it might be an issue with the school's website, not the Mac itself. Can you contact the school? Or, you could try posting a screenshot so other forum users and myself could see what's up. Just be sure to not include any personal or sensitive information.
