Is there anyway to undisable my iPod without losing all its data?

My iPod says it is disabled for 23,309,658 minutes. I read what the Apple website said to do but I do not want to lose any pictures or music on this device. I would like to unlock my iPod and be able to use it again without waiting a ridiculous amount of time. Please help.

If you previously synced to the computer then you may be able to recover use of the iPod without erasing the iPod by following the instructions here:

Disabled Recovery-must use syncing computer.


Otherwise after you restore the iPod yo maybe able to get the info off the restored iPod by:
