Internal speaker is not working after I restarted?

It was all fine until I restarted my OS. Now audio is not working. I checked in sound, nothing is muted/turned off. Please tell me what could be the reason ?

MacBook Pro with Retina display, OS X Yosemite (10.10.2), Processor 2.5 GHz Intel Core i7
