I'm trying to set up keychain on my iPhone 6 and mac but the mobile they want to send the code to is my old one which i don't have access to anymore. How can i change this number? is it even a good idea to set up keychain?

iPhone 6, iOS 8.2

System Preferences/iCloud/Keychain/Options - you should be able to change the number there.

I'm trying to set up iCloud as well to correct my ID that iCloud is trying to use. I cannot find Keychain or Options.

All other Apple ID's are correct. The iCloud on my computer is trying to use an old email address as an ID and I can find a way to correct it.
