MacBook Pro will not boot up

Hi All,

Please could you assist me.

I have a MacBook Pro running Yosemite and it will not boot up.

It shut down as normal and when I tries to turn it on this morning I am just getting the spinning wheel for about 10 min and than it goes off again. What can I do.
