Synching on new computer

Synching on new computer

Can't synch ipod on new computer (Windows 8.1). Have 'authorised' the computer. itunes downloads podcasts and music but does not synch.

iPod nano, Windows 7

What happens when you set up your music selections and then click Apply?

Thanks for the reply Deggie, but not quite sure what you mean.All my music, podcasts all show up in itunes and new podcasts download as they become available - all good so far.

However, when I sync the ipod, they don't go across to the ipod and the podcasts already played on the ipod do not get removed. I've also downloaded a song which has not sync across to the ipod either.
