I wanted to send a website to someone through email and pushed the icon of the arrow coming out of the box and a pop up window comes up i put in the email address i want to send it to, it make a ding as if it sent but the other person has yet to receive it.

Check your "Sent" folder to see if it is there. If so, the recipient may need to check his spam of junk folders.
yes did that and no its not in my sent at all, so confused

no just one
And it isn't in your Drafts folder? Are you able to send any emails?
no its not and yes when i open my gmail i am able to send an email
Try a reset: Simultaneously hold down the Home and On buttons until the device shuts down. Ignore the off slider if it appears. Once shut down is complete, if it doesn't restart on it own, turn the device back on using the On button. In some cases it also helps to double click the Home button and close all apps BEFORE doing the reset.
ok did that try to email a website and i still got nothing
Other than reaching out to gmail support, not sure what to tell you. works fine for me.

You may just try Copying and Pasting the URL Address in an email and send it. Although it is not as easy, it will allow you to send websites to your friends until you are able to get it working.
