can Iphone be activated before opening the box!!?

Hello All!

I really need your advise..

I bought new iphone 6 plus on 19th March and when I checked the warranty it ends on 12th March 2016 .. the tech support said it shows it was activated by foriegn company on 12th March as well! does that mean my phone was used? it was sealed! and its the US model

please advise

Hi Have you Activaated iPhone with your Apple ID is it working ok. If not return to store. Cheers Brian

If the phone was activated by someone else, return it and get a refund to buy another iPhone 6. If you bought the iPhone new, there is absolutely no reason why it should be linked to someone else's account.
