How do I see the reminders due today

On my old iPhone4 I could easily see organize my reminders by date - and thus easily see today's reminders.

On the iPhone6 I dont know how to do that...? The reminders pop up on the lock-screen - but when activating the phone, the reminder disappears. On the iPhone 4 I could sweep from the top and see reminders due today - but that does not work on iPhone6.

How do I see all my reminders for today - or any other specific day for that matter?

iPhone 6, iOS 8.2

Hi Jake3540,

It seems you would like more information about Reminders, and Notifications on your iPhone. You may have to adjust your Notifications settings to get the results you've described:

About Notifications on iPhone, iPad, and iPod touch - Apple Support

To see which apps provide notifications and change notification settings, go to Settings > Notifications, and tap the app name. You can also limit what appears on the Notifications screen when using a passcode.

Thanks - but i dont see how this solves my issue... The problem is that old reminders that are not marked completed show up on the list. On iPhone 4 I could filter for "today" - now I don't see that option?

Maybe I just need to revise my use of reminders - but has just been very efficient to make reminders for all kind of tasks - and be able to filter for a date. It is easier than adding appointments to the calendar for specific dates.

Thanks. My problem is that I have about 50 old reminders that crowd out my list. They are displayed first - and I still can't just filter for "due today".

I could of course mark the old reminders as completed - or set new dates. But I just have them as a convenient list -as they are not urgent - but still relevant though. On the iPhone 4 it was not a problem... And I could filter for a date!!

In my personal opinion, if you have that many reminders, you're using the wrong program. The Reminders app is a very lightweight remiinder program. It really doesn't do well with large or complex task lists. I know people use it that way but I think they're making things harder on themselves. If you want an app with a very nice clean interface, take a look at AnyDo. AnyDo has the ability to do exactly what you want.

Many apps will allow you to set things up so that, if you dictate a reminder using Siri, it will be sent to that program.
