my iPad mini keeps freezing in gmail or chrome. Sometimes I can pop out and back and a few times I've had to turn off and turn back on. What is "2 button reboot"?

Hold down on the sleep and home buttons at the same time for about 10 seconds until the Apple Logo appears on the screen. Let go of the buttons and let the iPad start up.
Thanks. I must be really stupid but I don't know where the sleep and home buttons are.
This is a very old screenshot but it still shows where the sleep button and home buttons are located. the sleep button or power button is on top of the iPad on the right side. The home button is at the bottom on the the bezel, in the center of the device. Top and bottom in this case is for when the device is being held in portrait mode.
IT seems so simple when someone shows you. I love my iPad mini and yet sometimes I think it's unrequited love! Thanks for the help!
