phone call rings on two different iPhones

Recently when I receive a call on my i6 phone, my wife's i6 phone will ring with the same caller. I'm assuming this has to do with sharing but do not know how to correct.

On each phone go to Settings/FaceTime, turn it on if it is off, and turn off iPhone Cellular Calls. You can then turn FaceTime off or leave it on.
