Delete apps from app store

I can't delete or even hide with the 'hide' option, because when you go back in a second, it has reversed itself to unhide!?? Why didn't Apple do this right and at least make hide work!!!??? Apple, I need an answer and don't HIDE, thank you.

iPad Air, iOS 8.2, Where is the apple forum that you HIDE??
