I just bought the coldplay live videos set...

but it won't let me transfer them to my ipod, I get some weird message about how those music videos are not meant to be compatible with my ipod...
That leaves me wondering how can anything bought from the itunes store not be compatible with a brand new ipod.

It's totally driving me insane, Can someone please help me.
