Hello everyone!!
I have been having this problem with my iPhone 5s since the last two weeks. I thought it was a problem with my old charging cable but got myself a new one two days ago and the blue screen keeps happening.
Now I'm trying to restore it but it got stuck on recovery mode and iTunes gives me the error code 9. Does anyone have a solution for this??

Switch off your virus scanner & firewall then try again.

The firewall is off too.
No more ideas?? 😟 Please, help! It's really annoying to have a phone that restarts itself over and over again without any particular reason.
Ok. So now that the new update for iOS is out (8.3), I was hoping it would fix the blue screen problem but, surprisingly, it hasn't!! 😟
You might have a hardware issue and software update will not cure it.
Make an appointment with Apple genius or an evaluation.
