Canon Portable Printer BJC-70

I have a rather old Canon Portable Printer BJC-70 that has only a Parallel Port. It works very good and the printing is great, especially on small items such as Index Cards.
Would it be possible to use this on my iBook if I purchase a Parallel Port to USB adapter?

Hi, Charlie.

It probably wouldn't be worth the trouble.

Can you find a driver that would work in OS X for you? That would probably be a problem.

The price of printers is so greatly reduced these days that it's likely not worth the expense of the adapter, even if you do find a driver that will work. Do some shopping (and some hunting on the internet for drivers) and see what you find.
