Windows will not boot (SSD in optibay with OSX/Window, HDD in main bay for Mac storage)

Main bay: HDD for storage (Mac-formatted)

Optibay: SSD for operating systems

Version: OSX Yosemite

Description of issue:

I removed power from internal HDD so Windows install would work properly on SSD. I didn't think/realize that once it was installed and I plugged internal HDD back in that I would not be able to boot into Windows.

This is where I am now:

But does that really matter? I've had this SSD in my computer for going on 3 years and it works fine.

It may, based on your SATA controller, and AHCI settings when Windows was installed. Have you had a working Windows installation on the SSD when it was in this bay?

1. Do you have any third party NTFS software?

2. If both drives are plugged in, can you see the Windows partition and browse it to see files?

3. Does the Windows partition show up in System Preferences -> Startup Disks?

I had boot camp set up previously, but I think this may have been before I installed the SSD, and maybe I just had it running on the HDD.

I've seen what seems like this same issue posted many, many times, where it is an issue of Windows seeing a GPT partition/drive, so it won't boot. Is that not what's going on for me, too?

1. I have Paragon NTFS for Mac OS X v12.2.313

2. Yes.

3. I can only see the Mac partition (but when I hold option when booting, I can choose Windows from there. Will boot if HDD unplugged) :

I wish I would have seen this reply earlier. I didn't get a notification for it.

1. I inserted the Windows USB flash drive. I set Bootcamp as the startup disk. I restarted. It booted to the "no bootable device" screen.

2. I restarted and held "Option". I chose to boot into Windows (USB). It showed the screen you posted via the image and only proceeded with installation setup (no repair/recovery options there).

Therefore, I don't know how to get to this repair/recovery.
