How do I print a 1099misc form from my mac to Epson printer

I have a mac with Yosemite 10.10.2 version. I need to send an IRS form 1099misc to clients. I only have a few to send and I need to fill in the form prior to sending.

How do I do this on my mac and print on the IRS form from my Epson XP-410 printer.

iMac, OS X Yosemite (10.10.2)

Complete the forms in a tax program like Turbo Tax, then print from the program.
Scan a blank form onto the computer as a PDF. Create a copy of the form for each client. Use a PDF editor like Preview or PDFpen Pro to fill in the required information.
Download the form from the IRS for use with Adobe Acrobat.
