Trouble with mail and dealing with backup with Verizon
Had some help with getting info from Verizon, specifically the password which I spent about three hours going around the horn at Verizon and no answer. Got in touch with some online help at Apple support, but had some difficulty getting hooked up. No answer in two days. A new Mac and a hard time. This with Apple telephone support. Bought a new Mac with the backup help to avoid these problems. Computer is new IMac.
