My first Tennessee won't be added to my phone for apple pay.
My AmEx was added without a problem.
I went to the bank, they tried everything but still I am getting an "invalid card" message on the phone.
They asked me to contact apple, but don't know where to open a ticket.
Anyone had or has the same problem?

I have this same issue with my SECU Maryland debit card. The problem is trying to find time to stop in the bank when they're open... Very frustrating.
This same procedure worked for me (April, 2016), as that described by Ronmcc4. You just have to be patient and work with the First Tennessee reps over the phone. (They were very nice). The rep. said it was a continuing problem and they are working with Apple Pay to resolve. Guess they don't have it resolved yet!
