Fullscreen photos does not have the option of a black background

The photo app in IOS has the ability to view photos with a black background in fullscreen mode. The new Photos app does not have that capability and it would be nice if it could be an option. If you double click on a photo it should become full screen and if you click anywhere on the photo the background should become black or dark grey or just double click and the photo becomes fullscreen and the background is black or dark grey by default. It makes the photos pop up more.
