iOS 8.3 just screwed up my keyboard

Does anyone else have keyboard issues after updating to the latest ios? My keyboard (all of them) now has the popup keys freezing and blocking the view of other keys and the suggest word. This is a major annoyance, is there anything I can do to fix this. I'm on an iphone 6. So there should be no hardware limitations.

Yes this seems to be a serious issue with Accessibility in iOS 8.3. I really do hope they fix this issue soon, as people with the actual need for the features might be unable to use their device as promised.

Also there seems to be an unrelated issue with different language keyboards, I have not experienced this myself. But turning the phone to english and then back looks like a solution for now.

In the app"Notebooks" by Alfons Schmid, on a new iPad Air 2, while typing, I hid the keyboard. When I recalled it, the letter, and some control keys, were missing. I could backspace, dictate and hide the keyboard, but not type words. Hiding the keyboard did not help. If I quit the program, rather than just switching to another, it seemed to bring back all the keys the first time I used the keyboard, but then the problem was back.

I reset my iPad, but that didn't make a difference. I had no third party keyboards installed. I have never activated my iCloud Drive, but checked and it was off. I disabled the auto dim on my screen, and that was of no assistance.

*** My solution: I checked the accessibility settings - Settings > General > Accessibility on my iPad - and found them all to be off. However, since the Zoom had been mentioned several times, I turned it on. I went back to Notebooks, with Zoom on; the keyboard was still broken. When I turned Zoom off in Settings, that seemed to fix the keyboard. I have not had the problem since. ***

Notes: My problem didn't involve "sticking" keys or delayed typing.

The Zoom I found magnified my screen and didn't seem to affect its brightness.

The reason I posted this experience is that I found just having a setting in the off position may not be enough to avoid the error. We may need to turn the setting on and then off to correct it.

Update: I noticed today, when I used an older version of Circus Ponies Notebook, that my keyboard letter keys disappeared again. The program was unstable because of its age, I assume, and wouldn't perform several functions in other areas. It finally crashed and I deleted it from my iPad. When I opened the newer version of Notebook, and the other apps I've used since, I have had no problems with my keyboard since applying the fix listed above.

While that may be true in some respects, when performing a search for the issue at hand, this old thread was the most accurate descriptor of the problem. It had the most contributors, and seemed to be generating the most interest. Obviously, even though it is old, it would retain contact with others who had experienced the same problem, where a new thread would not. Just a thought.
