I'm sorry, but Apple does not provide a downgrade path for iOS. Because downgrading is unsupported by Apple we cannot discuss it on these forums.

8.3 disabled touchID for app store purchases

Are you sure. An iOS upgrade requires that your device restart. A restart requires you to enter your Apple ID and password the first time you use a service after the restart.

Im sure. Its really totally disabled. No more touch id for purchases here (iphone 6).

What is so different between 8.2 and 8.3 besides the emojis?

My touch id is not anymore available for apps. It always asks passwork why? And where are the settings to change?

I have the touch id enabled for iTunes and Appstore purchases but in the appstore it keeps asking me for the password only and not my finger id, ios 8.3

Have you tried resetting the iPhone? I had that issue with 8.1 and it disappeared.

Maybe its because touch ID does not work with ask password immediately option but only with option ask after 15 minutes the password?

waited 15 minutes and tried again ... same result. Password challenge only and no Touch ID
