Touch ID not working after 8.3 update for App Store purchases

WWith every update, Apple just does a little more to lose me as a customer. In the case of v9 turning my 2 year old iPad into a non-responsive brick that was solely almost enough to make me switch to Samsung. I'm getting ever closer Apple, and I know I'm not alone.

Same prob here ... iOS 9.3.2 . More and more little annoying issues like this one on iOS and OSX. Things that used to "just work". Careful Apple if you start taking your extremely loyal customers for granted.
