Notification Center Screen Screwed up on iOS 8.3?

After installing 8.3 on my 5s, the notification center looks like the below photo. It's like the Notification Center is too wide for the screen. I thought it might be incompatible widgets, but when I got to edit to try and remove potentially offending widgets, I can't get to the "Delete" button since it's off the screen to the right. The center only extends down this far, about half way, and only closes if I hit the home button. It WILL scroll up and down within the space and it will swipe left/right (Today/Notifications).

Is it just me? Anyone else having this? If it is me and it's my widgets, Is there a way to remove widgets outside of the "Edit" function in the Notification Center?
